Precision CNC &
UV Coating and Curing Technology
In 2020, we made an investment to adopt CNC technology into our manufacturing process. This allows us to mass-produce intricate parts and details with a near perfect rate of accuracy.
In addition, with the newly equipped UV machinery, El Mondo can now offer our clients another choice of coating; one that is more durable, that can withstand scratch and stain, impact of heat and certain chemicals.
Founded in 2002, El Mondo has been a proud and reputable family business, providing reliable services to clients from Europe to America continent. The company was initially started by a close-knit team of carpenter and engineers, which had enjoyed a relationship of trust and an admiration for the skill of one another, dating back many decades.
That same team is now the senior members of the company. Each member, who possesses an in-depth insight of the trade, is still directly involved in supervising a specific field of the daily operation at El Mondo. As a result, clients who have worked with us greatly appreciate the unambiguous communication and the agility demonstrated by our management.
Re-investment is also on our top list of priority. In 2020, our founder made a decision on a substantial investment back into the business. This entailed a complete overhaul of the production line, and turned it into what we have today. Technological advancement, such as CNC and UV machinery, was also part of the transformation which has been yielding rewarding results ever since.
Over the years, the management board at El Mondo has been striving to lead the enterprise based on a set of foundational objectives: to deliver value efficiently for a client; to discover better ways of working; to continuously learn and improve; transparently connect strategy and goals to give teams meaningful purpose; and enable people to contribute and lead to their fullest potential.
